Ecuador

I had the pleasure to dive onboard the Galapagos Aggressor III, and here is a full detailed review with pictures of the boat, the facilities, the services and the diving onboard !

We have nothing planned for Colombia and Brazil. We spend the morning in preparation and the afternoon exploring Quito city center.

We leave the Galapagos to reach Quito, our last stop in Ecuador. It's a flight with a stop in Guayaquil, and it takes almost the all day.

Our last dive of this trip is followed by a land visit to see the Galapagos giant tortoise before finishing the day in town for shopping and a nice diner.

We enjoy the ballet of hammerheads constantly around us - but we also look for schools of eagle rays today. We end with a cavern dive.

If we thought we had seen a lot of hammerhead sharks in Darwin... wait until you arrive at Wolf. Hundreds of them, simply incredible.

Darwin welcomes us with whale sharks at every dive and hundreds of hammerhead sharks (plus strong currents).

We got lucky and saw Mola Mola on our first dive. We waited for the sun to do a shallow dive with iguanas.

After two morning dives, we continue with a land visit to Bartholome famous viewpoint. Then we snorkel with penguins and sealions !

We are welcomed by land iguanas at the airport ! We spend the day getting familiarized with the gear, the boat and the crew.
